Al Gore was recently awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his work raising awareness on global warming. Who would you award a Nobel Peace Prize to?
I have no doubt that I would never-ever bestow any award to Al Gore. I’m tired of hearing how great he from sycophants who just jump on whatever politically correct band-wagon is popular at the moment. I honestly don’t know if anyone should get a prize for peace. I think prizes and awards are given too frequently. They’re not as important as the winners want them to be.

What time is your alarm clock set for? Do you use the snooze button?
I’m pretty good at waking up just before my alarm is set to go off at 6:20 every morning. I don’t hit the snooze because I would end up just torturing myself more in trying to sleep a few moments at a time. My husband does it, and I don’t really see what good it does him, other than he usually ends up sleeping too late.

TV, books, movies: Who’s your favorite fictional father?
I believe that my favorite fictional father will always be Atticus Finch. He is what I believe all fathers should strive to be: honest, caring, open-minded, yet a disciplinarian also. The lessons that Gem and Scout learned from Atticus in “To Kill a Mockingbird” are lessons that we all should learn and carry with us. One of my favorite quotes to try and live by is,“You never really understand a person until
you consider things from his point of view – until you climb into his
skin and walk around in it.”

After all the recent season and series finales, what are you watching on TV these days?
Very little. I could care less about each and every new show that have popped up for the summer. I hate reality shows and games shows, so I’m up a creek. I would rather read a book, watch dvds, or do something else entirely. If I do watch anything, it’s usually something on the History Channel. However, I could watch the History Channel constantly; especiallyAmerica Eats.

What is the most interesting class you have ever taken?
Submitted by Melissa.
Probably the most interesting class that I've ever taken was just British Literature I at Northeastern State University under Dr. Patrick Enright. We never just read, we discussed the culture of the times, the history and evolution of the English Language, social mores, and historical context of every work read.

Where do you go to get away from it all?
Submitted by Hops.
I don't go very far to "get away from it all." I usually like to turn a play-list of original motion picture scores on my iPod and curl up with a book in my living room. Just listening to relaxing songs, or better yet, the clear purity of silence can help me more than just about anything else.
Anything else, running away to some remote place, requires so much work and effort that I never enjoy myself.

What websites do you visit every day?
Submitted by Chez Michelle.
Every day I visit certain website to gain my dose of news, information, and entertainment
1.) My Personalized Google, or iGoogle as it is now known: Here I have a plethora of rss and atoms feeds divided by News, Sports, Entertainment, Tech, and just Fun.
2.) MySpace: What can I say? I like to see what new bulletins, comments, and messages my "friends" have made.
3.) A Tangled Web Forum: This is a forum that I created for my friends that are fans of the works of LM Montgomery and fanfiction based on her works.
4.) Vox: The answer should be obvious. I'm still relatively new, so this will most likely move up the list as time goes by.
5.) NWAhomepage.com: This is the website for where I work. I actually like working on this.
